How to Place an Order:

  1. Browse our Galleries: Explore our website to see examples of our prints, frames, memorials, and signs to get inspiration.
  2. Contact Us: Email us at sales@northernimpressions.com or call Sharon Chandler at 605-951-7245.
  3. Describe Your Vision: Tell us about the product you are interested in. Be as specific as possible:
    • Prints & Frames: Specify the image (yours or ours), desired size, material (aluminum, acrylic, etc.), and frame style.
    • Memorials: Describe the type of memorial (porcelain, stone), shape, size, and any text or images you want to include. For stone engraving, let us know if you will provide your own stone or need us to source one.
    • Signs: Describe the type of sign, desired size, material, text, and any graphics or logos.
  4. Get a Quote & Discuss Details: We will review your request and contact you to discuss the details, answer any questions, and provide you with a personalized quote.
  5. Confirmation & Production: Once you approve the quote and details, we will start production on your custom order.
  6. Shipping or Local Pickup: We will notify you when your order is complete and ready for shipping or local pickup.
